Restrictions

30 years of adult living, a good life, has caught up with me now.
100 pounds of extra weight (and shame) to carry through life.
It is now time to add the governor and stop the madness.
Out of control eating and drinking must stop.
Discipline must replace hedonism.
Love of self must replace sadness and anger.
My love for myself is strong.
My will to live, healthy, will prevail.
