All books are from my personal library and all photographs have been taken by me on my travels around the world. I have always pondered, how can anyone function or survive without art and literature in their daily life ? I would not even begin to understand where I have been or where I am going without daily inspiration. Who am I and who are you ? Why do our paths intersect on a serendipitous level and how do we help one another one day at a time ?

127 Hours
Food Created for The Best Picture Nominations for 2011.
The Oscar went to "The King's Speech" however the Best Food Preparation for the evening went to "127 Hours".
Emmett Hansen is a midlife professional who has, for years, been wondering where do we go from here ? His journey of self exploration has led him to a desire to speak up and share his adventures and keen insights.
